Q1: Why can’t it be used normally after fully charged?

A1: Reason analysis: No double-click when pressing the switch/Remedy: Quickly double-click the switch to start

A2: Reason analysis: the safety switch position is not aligned (two-color light flashes) / troubleshooting method: screw the transparent cup in place, aiming at the key induction protection position

Q2: After starting, it stops in the middle of less than 30 seconds?

A1: Reason analysis: insufficient power (the battery automatically enters the protection mode
Mode, the product stops working)/ Remedy: Please charge in time

A2: Reason analysis: the blade is stuck (the red light is always on) / troubleshooting method: restart after removing the hard object

A3: Reason analysis: the liquid is too full/removal method: do not exceed 85% of the capacity

Note: Please cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in the juicer. Do not put the whole fruit in the juicer.

Tips:
1. Insufficient tightening of the product may cause the product to not work, please tighten it before use before use
