This User Agreement sets out the terms on which Jogoka sells products through jogoka.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
jogoka.com is operated by Jogoka, an independent online retail business registered in Poland (European Union), operated by Christopher Omolumhen.
All prices are displayed in US dollars unless you have selected a different currency.
Physical products are tangible goods that are shipped to you. Orders placed by customers in the United States are dispatched from a fulfilment centre in California and typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Digital products are guides, checklists and eBooks supplied as downloadable files. They are delivered electronically, immediately after payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. You will receive a download link by email and through your account. A device capable of opening standard PDF files is required. We do not provide printed copies.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will notify you and refund any payment in full. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices are shown at the point of sale and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout before you confirm payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
Where a product is shown at a discount, the reference price is the price at which that product was previously offered on jogoka.com, or the supplier’s recommended retail price where stated.
Physical products. You may return most physical products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where practicable. Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, that statutory right.
To start a return, contact support@jogoka.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned item.
Digital products. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right. If a digital file is corrupted, will not open, or does not match its description, contact us and we will supply a working file or issue a refund.
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share publicly, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Ownership and copyright remain with Jogoka or its licensors.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@jogoka.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Where the site allows you to submit reviews or other content, you confirm that the content is your own, is accurate, and reflects your genuine experience. We do not accept incentivised, fabricated or third-party-authored reviews. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, or to place fraudulent orders.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing here affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
This agreement is governed by the law of Poland. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. We prefer to resolve complaints directly — please contact us first at support@jogoka.com.
We may update this agreement from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
