Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times usually range between 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
If your order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately to request an update. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress shipping fees could apply.
