How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with PayPal, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Blik, and other methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@jogoka.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

What’s your return policy?
Physical products: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days under our Returns policy and applicable consumer rights. Digital downloads: For a change-of-mind cancellation, the withdrawal right ends when immediate delivery begins only if you expressly consented and acknowledged this before delivery. Your statutory rights remain if a download is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Contact support@jogoka.com for help.
How do I return a product?
Email support@jogoka.com with your order number. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
