  • Express Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select products only)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $50.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email support@jogoka.com with photos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
