1. About Jogoka

2. Digital products

Jogoka currently sells original digital guides, planners, and downloadable resources. Product pages explain the format, price, and what is included before you purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The price shown on the product and checkout pages is the price charged before any clearly displayed discount. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details.

4. Orders and access

After successful payment, digital products are made available for download through the order confirmation and/or account area. Please provide an accurate email address at checkout. If you cannot access a purchased file, contact us with your order number and we will help.

5. Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they are not refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where a file is defective, incomplete, inaccessible and we cannot resolve the issue, or where there is an accidental duplicate purchase. 6. Customer support

Questions before or after purchase can be sent to support@jogoka.com. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours on business days.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All Jogoka guides, text, artwork, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use a purchased download for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share it without written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. The current version is published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.
