Orders and Shipping

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight Shipping is available for select products. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Creating an account is easy! Visit jogoka.com and click on “My Account” at the top of the page. Click “Register”, enter your email address and create a password, then click “Register” to complete the process. You can also create an account during checkout. Having an account lets you track your orders, save your shipping details, and manage your purchases.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can update your shipping address by logging into your account at jogoka.com, going to “My Account” and then “Orders”. If your order is already being processed or has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@jogoka.com. Note that all orders can be modified until they are shipped, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account at jogoka.com, go to “My Account” > “Orders” and click on your order to view its tracking details. Tracking is available for all domestic and international orders.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Jogoka offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.00. For orders below $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that local customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country.

We always try to ship your complete order in a single package. However, if you order multiple items, they may occasionally ship in separate packages due to stock availability at different warehouses or the size of your order. If your items are shipped separately, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. Rest assured, you will not be charged extra for split shipments.

We offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked! Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that digital products are non-returnable after download. To start a return, contact us at support@jogoka.com or visit our Contact Us page and we will guide you through the steps. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item! Please contact us immediately at support@jogoka.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received. We will arrange to send you the correct item at no extra cost, or provide a full refund if you prefer. We take full responsibility for any errors on our part and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are so sorry your order arrived damaged! Please contact us at support@jogoka.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have resolved the issue, as photos may be required.

Please do not send any returns without prior authorization from our team. To initiate a return, contact us first at support@jogoka.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and could result in delays.

All orders can be modified until they are shipped, so act quickly within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped with an incorrect address, we may not be able to redirect it, and in such cases we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery. Please always double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at support@jogoka.com within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number and the requested changes. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but you may still return it within our 60-day money back guarantee period after you receive it.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, we restock our products regularly. We recommend visiting the product page periodically to check availability. You can also contact us at support@jogoka.com or through our Contact Us page to inquire about a specific item’s restock timeline. We will do our best to keep you informed about upcoming restocks.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@jogoka.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
