First, it’s not too noisy.
Second, the noodles come out smoothly, thanks to its recessed powder outlet design, making it easier to extrude noodles with hardly any leftover dough—impressive!
Third, it features a built-in weighing function, and best of all, it calculates how much water to add automatically since there’s a water tank on the side, eliminating the guesswork and mess of measuring water. It’s very user-friendly for those new to noodle makers.
Fourth, it includes a blower that dries the noodles slightly as they come out, preventing them from sticking together. However, don’t use this feature when making dumpling wrappers, as they’ll be too dry to work with.
Finally, cleaning is mostly a matter of drying, then gently scraping away the dough, as there’s not much leftover to begin with.
The physical quality is excellent. If you love noodles and want to avoid store-bought ones, this is a great purchase!
