Jogoka sells both physical products and digital products (including PDF ebooks, audio programs, and downloadable guides). Please note the following regarding digital purchases:
- Instant delivery: Digital products are delivered immediately via email or through your account download page after payment is confirmed.
- Refund eligibility: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, we will resolve it promptly or issue a full refund.
- Non-delivered orders: If you did not receive your download link or are unable to access your purchase, contact us at support@jogoka.com and we will resend it or issue a full refund.
- Satisfaction guarantee: Despite the nature of digital products, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with a digital product, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue, including a refund at our discretion.
